wellMIND™: Resilient Optimistic Capable
Our wellMIND™ program increases self-awareness, focuses on changing unhelpful behaviours, provides an organisation-wide common language and purpose around psychological wellbeing, and promotes learning across community, staff and students. The programs are designed to provide leaders & teams with the tools and concepts to continually improve their own and others’ wellbeing, resilience and grit.
Stage 1: Assess
A comprehensive ‘Scan and Assess’ will identify your organisation’s strengths and areas of opportunity. We will assess any existing wellbeing initiatives and conduct a desktop analysis of your current data to determine pain points and focus areas. We work collaboratively with you to create a dynamic solution with a focus on psychological wellbeing for staff, students and community. This may also include a formal vision setting workshop. Our team will also determine what measures you wish to use to evaluate the success of the program.
Stage 2: Train
wellMIND™ training will be tailored based on the outcome of your cultural scan and assess, with program durations adjusted to meet the needs of participants. Staff wellMIND™ programs include a focus on staff wellbeing, resilience and grit and include options for full day, half day and online options.
The Student wellMIND™ program includes face to face training for Student Leaders, a suite of explicit lessons, assembly presentations and short, sharp activities for Year Group meetings and Form Classes. Student Campaigns are built around the 4R’s – Resilience, Resolve, Reliance and Responsibility.
wellMIND™ programs focus on building the capability to deal with everyday challenges and progress a path forward, including how we shape our attitudes and therefore, how we can improve our behaviours and habits to drive results across an organisation.
As with all of our programs, there is capacity to implement a Train-the-Trainer version as well.
Stage 3: Sustain
To ensure successful training transfer, a number of options are available to embed the learning across your organisation. These include: Ambassador Programs, toolkits and annual campaigns.
