As leaders of others, participants in this workshop will consider the following:
- What are the key attributes, knowledge and skills needed, and roles adopted by teacher leaders?
- How can leaders strategically plan to enable conditions in building teacher leaders’ capabilities within a collaborative community of practice? Will this develop a culture focused on collective efficacy?
- How can leaders empower teacher leaders’ voices and ownership in building high-quality professional learning teams and culture?
