I work at the intersection of well-being and high performance, with a particular interest in Positive and Performance Psychology, for both athletes and organisational leaders.

  • I take the high-performance principles from my work with elite athletes and tailor it for the workplace

  • Empowering individuals, organisations and communities to perform better in the lives they lead – to create greater well-being, resilience and ultimately, impact

  • Combining the latest research in psychology, brain and well-being sciences and high performance, with my coaching experiences to help people thrive

  • Having worked as a School Counsellor / Psychologist, I am acutely aware of the challenges faced by teachers, administrators and leaders within an educational setting

Coach and Consultant – Sentis
Coaching and Facilitating small group workshops to improve organisational safety, psychological safety, and leadership within teams and organisations.

Director and Psychologist – The Mind and Movement Company
Applying psychology and brain-based research and practice through 1-to-1 Coaching/Psychology Sessions, keynote presentations and small group workshops to help clients improve their wellbeing and performance.

Health and Wellbeing Subcommittee – Football Coaches Australia
Football Coaches Australia represents Australian Football Coaches and provides coaches with professional support – particularly in legal advocacy, high performance, leadership development and well-being. In this role, I co-authored a research paper on coaches’ employment status and conditions.

Performance Psychologist for Team Fiji for the 2018 Commonwealth Games, working across multiple sports.
Team workshops provided to athletes, coaches and administrators focused on a range of topics including growth mindset, team culture, goal-setting and other mental skills.

College Counsellor – West Moreton Anglican College
Provided counselling support and workshops to students and staff to improve their mental health and wellbeing. I am acutely aware of the many challenges faced by teachers, administrators and leaders within a school setting.

Coach at Western Pride FC in the NPL. (I hold an FFA/AFC B Licence)
This program provides practicing coaches with the opportunity to enhance and develop quality in their professional practice and prepare them for the world of high- performance coaching.
