Eric’s extensive experience extends to national and international clients in the resource sector, oil and gas exploration, transport, utilities, construction, agriculture, defence, film and adventure tourism industries and emergency services.

Eric has conducted coaching on oil rigs in the South China Sea, in the jungles of Papua New Guinea as well as locations across Australia.

Eric is also highly aware of the role of leaders in cultural transformation.
