The Sentis Education Cultural Maturity assessment, evaluation and matrix can measure not only WHAT schools are doing but, importantly, HOW they are doing it.
In alignment with school Annual Improvement Plans, our culture assessments can guide informed and strategic decisions based on the perceptions of key personnel and stakeholders.

Springboarding from the culture assessments are a range of programs and services tailored to suit our client context:
Building Culture Strategy: ‘HOW’ to do the ‘WHAT’ Consulting and Leadership Team Workshops
Deep exploration of the Cultural Maturity Model and matrix with a focus on how leadership teams can influence mindsets and get people ‘on the bus’ to focus on what is important. Communication, messaging, strategy and action plans for implementation are explored. The outcome of the program is team clarity in strategy and direction. This service is offered remotely or face-to-face.
Culture Building Toolkit:
Train the Trainer style resources for leaders to implement change and improvement. We can work with 1-3 key personnel who can implement the strategies and actions, supported by our extensive toolkit for leaders. Customised options available.
Toolkit includes team meeting resources.
Positive School Culture Program:
This program is offered as an individual school leadership team program as well as in partnership with ACELearn as a one-day open program for multiple schools.
