How mature is your Culture?
THE CHALLENGE:
People’s perceptions and attitudes toward the organisation, their team, leaders, the work, and their colleagues often exist below their conscious awareness. This makes it difficult to accurately assess the health of your organisation’s culture. Individual experiences within an organisation can also be very different and perception equals reality. A one-size-fits-all solution will not achieve the required gains in culture as understanding your current context is key.

The Solution
• Cultural Maturity Assessment
• Culture Onsite Evaluation
While every school has similar core business; teaching and learning, building capability, staff and student morale and wellbeing etc., it is not WHAT you are doing, it is HOW that separates high performing organisations from the rest. To understand staff perceptions of your culture, begin with a Cultural Maturity Assessment (online) and include a Culture Onsite Evaluation to get expert recommendations and a comprehensive report to light the way forward.

The 21 dimensions of culture that are included in the Cultural Maturity Assessment are; mission, vision, values, professional learning, middle leader commitment, senior leader commitment, learning and improvement, staff recognition, staff underperformance, wellbeing, internal context, collective teacher efficacy, systems, processes and procedures, change and innovation, resourcing, autonomy (aces in their places), feedback, quality assurance, team support for improvement priorities, data use and analysis, team processes and policy, agility and authenticity.
When our team of consultants engage with you with the Culture Onsite Evaluation, we collect meaningful qualitative insights from your people through interviews, focus groups and observations. A thorough desktop analysis of your existing data is completed and an understanding of your priorities and strategic agenda is undertaken through consultation with school leaders.
