We offer executive, leadership and wellbeing coaches for individuals as well as team and small group coaching. If you would like to enhance your leadership coaching with an assessment, we have a range of assessment tools to choose for your best fit.
Leadership

Executive
Leadership Coaching

Team & Small
Group Coaching
The focus of Team Coaching is on strengthening the capabilities of the leadership team so they can continue to grow their leadership and develop the key foundations, processes and performance indicators required to be a dynamic team. A highly qualified Sentis Education coach will use a variety of coaching techniques to improve personal leadership and team dynamics through reflection and dialogue. Team coaching is highly recommended as an embedding strategy after completing a Leadership Team Program with Sentis Education or the LMD Team Effectiveness Assessment.
For small groups, Sentis Education offers small group coaching which includes group and individual action planning, building strategies, and co-constructing action plans. This process provides opportunities for team collaboration and support with a rich and powerful focus on adult learning. Suitable for small groups of leaders with shared challenges at similar stages of their careers.
